After completing her university and working in the corporate world, she started her coaching business. She combines her formal education, her personal & business experience and her indisputable interpersonal skills to create magnificent transformational experiences for her clients. She helps her clients to thrive and find abundance in their life and assist them to discover the gifts within themselves, by bringing absolute certainty that they can achieve anything in their life.
Prior to coaching, Barinderjeet had spent 10 years in a large organisation in a leadership role leading large teams. The desire to help people, realize their inner potential, identify their worth and build a stronger connection with their inner self led Barinderjeet to start the journey of Empower Your Destiny in 2017. Today she offers a wide range of coaching and mentoring services to help her clients master personal leadership, their ability to lead themselves or take charge of oneself first in any situation.
