This session made me rethink a lot of life choices that I make on a daily basis, things I repeat in my head consciously or unconsciously. I understand now that every tiny thought contributes to my reality, and after the session I am more conscious about my self-talk and unconscious choices that I make. Thank you for this amazing masterclass, Barinderjeet Kaur. Also, thank you for making me realize that I should use clear vocab to describe what I want and how I feel.

Today was itself a magical day for me... I felt a different energy today... I was a little skeptical about joining the session due to the time zone, but somehow I managed to join today, and I am glad that I joined the session.

It was truly an altogether different feeling. I didn't feel any pain, but somehow I felt more energized.

I missed some parts due to my kids' school and also had to leave early due to my husband's office, but I would say I learned the major lesson today that was the crux of the session: how to shift my energy and how to make the protective bubble around me. 💞💞

Thank you so much, Barinderjeet Kaur. ❤️The last two sessions with me have been truly amazing. Honestly, I don’t have many words to express how I feel right now, but I can say that I am a completely different person. Before, I was quite sad and negative, someone who didn’t want to talk or react, always wearing sadness on my face while hiding happiness inside. Because of that, I was losing friends one by one. But over the last few weeks, things have changed so much. Now I am laughing, joking, and even getting teased by my friends for being back and lively. This is the feeling I am embracing at this stage, and I'm just amazed by the transformation.

Hi beautiful souls! I’m truly grateful to be part of these sessions—it feels like something my life deeply needed. I can already sense a positive shift within me, and it’s becoming easier to turn my thoughts toward the positive. My communication feels clearer, and I’m able to see the goodness in everyone around me. The negative energy in my environment is fading, replaced by a sense of peace and lightness. It feels amazing to live in this beautiful bubble.

For some reason, weird things are happening. 🤔 I used to be troubled by pollen; it is not bothering me anymore... and toxins are flushing out. 🤷🏼♀️😱🤯.

Unbelievable I tried mirror imaging with my daughter while picking her up. Usually she is tired or busy on her phone, but today, through her voice and body language and gestures while talking, I tried to connect with her and know what she kept talking about until we came home. 🏡

All I asked myself was that I allow myself to be NEW from now on… No alcohol for the past 3 days now 💪😵💫.
